My advice this week? Go hug a tree. Seriously, it’s not just for hippies! People laugh at the idea but trees have such a loving, peaceful energy and being close to them (and especially touching them) can help to improve your health and mood. There are scientists who think the vibration of plants and trees interact with the vibrations in our bodies in a positive and beneficial way.
So, seriously, hug a tree and find our for yourself!
